  • You can book by contacting us via phone, email or through our website. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

    To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit amount will be applied toward your total event cost.

    • Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled date.

    • If rescheduling is needed, the deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

  • Capacity depends on the seating arrangement:

    • Boardroom Setup - Comfortably seats up to 12 - 16 approximately

    • Classroom or Theater Style - Accommodates up to 8 to 12 approximately

    • Breakout Groups - Flexible setup for small group discussions and workshops, tailored to your needs.

    • Open Networking Layout - ideal for mingling, allowing for a more dynamic and interactive experience for up to 30 approximately.

  • We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    1. Cancellations & Refunds:

      • More than 7 days before the event: Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional cost.

      • 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% refund or option to reschedule with a rebooking fee.

      • Less that 72 hours before the event: No refund; rescheduling may be available at our discretion.

    2. No-Show Policy:

      • If you fail to arrive without prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged, and no rescheduling will need to be permitted.

    3. Rescheduling Requests:

      • We allow one complimentary reschedule (subject to availability) if requested at least 3 days before the original booking date. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

    4. Emergency Cancellations:

      • In case of extreme weather, power outages, or other unforeseen emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule your event without penalty.

    5. Refund Process:

      • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method.
